Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) is formalizing a new Construction Services Division out of its rapidly growing Civil Service Group in Harrisburg. Chad Gladfelter has been chosen to helm the new team.
Over the past year, HRG has seen significant growth in the demand for its construction services and has been offering program management, contract administration, construction observation and more to a wide variety of client sectors. In order to serve these clients most effectively, HRG has chosen to assign a team dedicated to their needs. Gladfelter will manage that team.
Gladfelter has been a member of HRG’s staff for five years, serving most recently as a civil engineering technician. As construction services team leader, Gladfelter will manage a team of resident project representatives and civil engineering technicians to ensure construction assignments are completed in a timely and accurate manner. He will also take on new sales and business development responsibilities.
Matthew Bonanno, P.E., the firm’s civil engineering practice area leader, says, “HRG is committed to career advancement for our staff and interviewed many talented members of our team for this position. Each one of them would’ve done a great job, but Chad’s experience, the quality of his work and his engagement with clients made him the best choice. He has a great vision for what our construction services team can accomplish, and I know our clients will benefit from his dedication and recent promotion.”
Founded in 1962, HRG has grown to be a nationally ranked Top 500 Design Firm, providing civil engineering, surveying and environmental services to public and private sector clients.
