HRG's resident project representatives and construction administration staff are available to perform any task associated with your construction project – regardless of whether it was designed by us or another firm. By doing so, we help you avoid a myriad of potential complications, including cost over-runs, defaults, defective/non-conforming work, technical or operations failures, and claims and disputes. Our services cost very little compared to the time, money and trouble that we save you. Prior to bidding, HRG completes constructibility reviews to determine design completeness, confirm construction cost estimates, and identify design revisions in order to improve quality or reduce cost. During construction, our resident project representatives (RPR's) visit your project site regularly or are stationed there full-time to observe and document the services provided by the construction contractor. For new land development plans requiring review and approval by municipalities, HRG reviews construction plans and specifications to ensure they comply with engineering standards. We also complete improvement guarantee estimates and review public improvements constructed by developers to ensure they comply with plan approvals and municipal ordinances. In addition, we conduct final inspections for the dedication of public improvements such as roads, drainage, sidewalks, park facilities and sanitary sewers. |
