Robert Arnold, P.E., has joined the Pittsburgh office of Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. as a project manager. In this role, he will oversee the design and construction of various projects involving stormwater management facilities and other municipal infrastructure.
Arnold has almost forty years of experience in civil engineering spanning Western Pennsylvania and Ohio. He also has extensive expertise in the areas of project funding, regional planning, and multi-municipal coordination due to his prior work as the economic development coordinator for the Northern Allegheny County Chamber of Commerce.
Arnold has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is an active member of Pittsburgh Green Innovators and the Green Infrastructure Network. He also participated in the development of Project 15206 in Pittsburgh’s eastern neighborhoods.
