Equilibrium Equities, Inc. wanted to subdivide a 172-acre parcel of land and develop it for three warehouse/ distribution facilities in Fairview Township.

Solution
HRG helped Equilibrium Equities obtain the needed permitting and approvals and then provided full service land development services to engineer the sites for construction.
