Ms. Williams is responsible for the direction of the human resource function at HRG. This includes recruitment and staffing, benefits and compensation management, performance management, employee relations, labor law compliance, training and development, management coaching, and safety. It also includes development and oversight of policies and procedures.
Ms. Williams is also the firm’s Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and the plan administrator for the company Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Profit Sharing and Savings Plan.
Her role at HRG includes serving on several committees:
- as chairperson of the human resource committee and the qualified plans administrative committee,
- as advisor of the ESOP committee, and
- as a member of the compensation task force.Williams has almost 20 years of experience in staffing and human resources management, particularly in the areas of recruiting, compensation, and benefits programs.
