Howard S. Hodder, MGIS, GISP

Geomatics Practice Area Leader

Mr. Hodder is the Geomatics Practice Area Leader and an Associate with the firm. During his 16+ year tenure with HRG, he has been responsible for multiple tasks associated with the development, implementation and support of various geospatial solutions for private and municipal (local, state, federal) clients. Such activities include project management, client management, staff management, project development, asset management, data collection/development, data processing and analysis, and client support. As Practice Area Leader, it is his responsibility for development and maintenance of the Service Group Quality Management Plan that ensures the group’s processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives and the industry standard of care. This includes maintaining the general service group’s technical process standards and for leading quality improvement of the service group processes and serve as project manager on key complex, high profile, or sensitive projects. He also collaborates with the CTO, Regional Vice President and marketing manager in business development activities.
