HRG was retained by Shaner Investments, Inc. to provide various land development services for the development of Raystown Square, which is a 35.36 acre development located in Smithfield Township, Huntingdon County, PA just minutes from Raystown lake. The development consisted of an 83-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, two restaurants, two high-end office buildings, and a 15-20 pump gas station and convenience store. The hotel opened in June 2011.
