Cumberland Carlisle Crossing – South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, PA

HRG served as site engineer for this 370,000 square foot shopping center, which includes Target and Kohl’s department stores as well as five commercial out parcels.  Our services included zoning, land development, stormwater management, traffic analysis and signalization, and construction administration. We also designed off-site improvements to nearby roadways and intersections and a municipal sewage pump station.
