HRG provided various engineering services for the expansion, maintenance and renovation of this 200-acre continuing care retirement campus, which includes more than 330 residential cottages, one- and two-bedroom apartments, an assisted living center, a 297-bed health care center, a community center with a 100-seat restaurant, and walking trails.
