PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
From May 1998 to September 2000, Mr. Dellinger served as a project engineer for First Capital Engineering, Inc., in York, PA. He was responsible for the design of land development plans for commercial, industrial, and residential site. His duties included site layout and grading, design of stormwater management facilities, design of E&S control facilities, design of sanitary sewer and water facilities, attendance at municipal meetings, and coordination with various government agencies.
