Chad E. Hanley, P.E.

Mr. Hanley began his career nearly twenty years ago and has dedicated his career to the water, wastewater and municipal engineering field. His early experience ranged from resident project representative and preparation of planning studies to designing small sanitary sewer and water extension projects. This early work provided Mr. Hanley a strong foundation for his progression to larger projects and project management. His project management experience has ranged from the smallest infrastructure rehabilitation projects to a $65 million regional wastewater project. In his current position of senior project manager, Mr. Hanley is responsible for project and client management, business development, quality assurance and control, and staff resourcing and development.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Hanley was a senior project manager with KLH Engineers, Inc. At KLH, Mr. Hanley’s responsibilities included client and project management, business development, design of wastewater collection, conveyance, pumping and treatment facilities, water distribution, pumping and storage facilities, DEP permit application development, project funding/grant applications, Act 537 Sewage Facilities Planning report preparation, and PennDOT utility relocation projects.
