Josh Fox Accepted into Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series Program

HRG announced that Joshua T. Fox, P.E., has been accepted into Leadership Harrisburg Area’s (LHA) Community Leadership Series Program (CLS) Class of 2014, and is the fifth employee from the firm to participate. The CLS is an intensive nine-month program made up of business and non-profit leaders designed to foster awareness of the challenges and opportunities facing the Harrisburg area. Participants in the program are chosen through a competitive application process.

Fox joined HRG in 2006 and currently serves as a regional service group manager for the water & wastewater services group in the firm’s Eastern Region. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading, training, directing and supervising engineering staff and technicians in the planning, design, permitting and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects municipal, private and industrial clients. Additionally, he serves as project manager for multiple major projects ensuring technical quality, superior client communication, on-target delivery and overall project success for clients.

In addition to his responsibilities at HRG, he currently serves as a Captain in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard where he is the Commanding Officer for Company A 3/103 AR, an infantry company, located in Lewisburg, PA. He has received numerous citations for his service and leadership including the Bronze Star for meritorious service.

Fox earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
