Jeff Garrigan, P.E., is the new State College Office Manager for Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. In this role, he will manage the firm’s operations and marketing for the North Central Pennsylvania region. He will also take on a technical role as a project manager of water and wastewater system projects for municipal clients.
Garrigan previously served as a principal and client manager for another consulting firm in the area. His duties there included managing the capital planning, design and construction of water and wastewater system improvement projects.
Garrigan has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and more than 26 years of experience in water and wastewater system design.
“Jeff will provide strong leadership to our State College team,” says Jason Fralick, HRG’s Western Region Vice President. “He is very knowledgeable of the consulting engineering industry and has been an active member of this community for many years. He will provide excellent service to our clients.”
