Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) has named Ryan Albright, Chad Hanley, Erin Letavic, and Laura Williams as associates of the firm. They’ve been chosen for this honor because of their strong commitment to the company’s core values and their demonstration of leadership.
Albright is the manager of HRG’s marketing group and has nine years of experience in marketing, accounting, and financial consulting. His responsibilities include market research and analysis, target market identification, strategy, and management of the firm’s marketing staff.
Hanley is a regional manager of HRG’s water and wastewater group and a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. He joined the firm in 2000 as a project designer and has 19 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of water and sewer systems.
Letavic is a project manager in HRG’s civil group. She also joined the firm as a project designer and has played a variety of roles over the past 10 years at HRG. This includes helping clients improve stormwater quality, comply with environmental requirements, and complete land development projects. Letavic also provides municipal representation services and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
Williams is the director of human resources and has been a member of HRG’s human resources team for more than 10 years. During this time, she has been responsible for benefits administration, compensation management, employee relations, and the training and professional development programs. She began her tenure at HRG as the employment specialist.
