HRG Announces New Shareholders

HRG is pleased to announce that the following professionals have been named shareholders of the firm: Matthew S. Bonanno, P.E.; Steven J. Lyncha, P.E.; and David M. Swisher, P.E.

As shareholders, they are being recognized for their loyalty and contributions to HRG over many dedicated years of service and being given the opportunity to invest in the future of HRG as Direct Shareholders.

Matthew S. Bonanno, P.E. is the Regional Service Group Manager for HRG’s Harrisburg Civil Services Group. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania. Matt joined HRG in 2003.

Steven J. Lyncha, P.E. is a Regional Service Group Manager for HRG’s State College Land Development Services Group. He earned his bachelor’s degree in agricultural and biological engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Steve joined HRG in 1998.

David M. Swisher, P.E. is a Regional Service Group Manager for HRG’s State College Water & Wastewater Services Group. He earned his master’s degree in environmental engineering and his bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania. Dave joined HRG in 2003.
