HRG is pleased to announce that Josh Fox has been named an associate of the firm:

Joshua T. Fox, P.E. is a regional service group manager for the water & wastewater services group in the firm’s Eastern Region. In addition, he is responsible for studies, designs, and construction contract administration for wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and collection and conveyance systems; and water storage, treatment and distribution facilities. Josh also currently serves as a Captain in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard where he is the Commanding Officer for Company A 3/103 AR, an infantry company, located in Lewisburg, PA. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology and is currently a member of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series Class of 2014. He is a licensed professional engineer in PA.
