Chad Hanley, P.E., has been promoted to be the manager of water and wastewater services for HRG’s Western Region operations. As such, he will oversee sales, staff, and project delivery for all water and wastewater projects the firm completes throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
Hanley earned his bachelor’s degree in geo-environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a registered professional engineer. He has 17 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including the planning, permitting design, and construction phases. He has worked for HRG in its Pittsburgh, PA, office for nine years, serving as a staff professional and project manager before being promoted to his current management role.
