Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) has hired Chad E. Hanley, P.E., as a Senior Project Manager in the Water & Wastewater services group in the firm’s western region.
Hanley brings over 16 years of municipal, water, and wastewater engineering experience to HRG. In his new role with the firm, he will be responsible for providing water and wastewater infrastructure engineering services to authorities and municipalities. These services include project planning, design, and permitting for new and rehabilitated infrastructure. His project responsibilities will include client and project management, design and quality assurance/quality control.
Hanley serves on the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s (PMAA) Legislative Committee and is a member of the Western Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in geo-environmental engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
