Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) is pleased to announce that three of our distinguished professionals have been named practice area leaders: Matt Bonanno, P.E., will oversee the civil engineering practice area, Adrienne Vicari, P.E., will oversee financial services, and Doug Weikel, P.E., will oversee construction services.
Bonanno joined the firm as a staff professional 13 years ago and worked his way up to being the Harrisburg area regional manager of civil services before being promoted into his current position.
As the civil engineering practice area leader, Bonanno will oversee the completion of all municipal and civil engineering projects in each of HRG’s regional offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
Weikel joined the firm in 1994 and previously managed its civil engineering group before being put in charge of the newly designated construction services practice area.
Weikel has managed the construction phase of many high profile projects at HRG, including the innovative wastewater to energy treatment plant HRG designed for the Milton Regional Sewer Authority in Northumberland County.
Vicari joined the firm in 2004 as an engineer in the water and wastewater service group and quickly developed into an expert on municipal authority finance. She has made numerous presentations on capital improvement planning, grants and public financing, and stormwater authority implementation before organizations like the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association, Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, and others.
